In two points of error, Moore contends that the trial court abused its discretion: (1) by dismissing her claim for failing to file an expert report complying with the requirements of Tex. Rev. Civ. Stat. Ann art. 4590i, § 13.01 (Vernon Supp. 2003); and (2) by denying her request for a thirty-day extension to file a new report.
